By using ShippingLabelsDiscount (the “site”) you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
What we provide
The site is an editorial directory of coupon codes, promo deals, and free-trial offers for US shipping-label providers. We hand-check codes before publishing, but coupon availability is ultimately controlled by the provider — not by us. We don't sell shipping labels or process payments.
No warranty
We make best-effort attempts to keep coupons accurate and current. Codes can be pulled, capped, or geo-restricted by the provider at any time without notice to us. We don't guarantee that any code will work for your specific account, checkout flow, or region.
The site is provided “as is”, without any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limit of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShippingLabelsDiscount (its operators, contributors, and affiliates) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any code you copy here. Our maximum liability for direct damages is capped at USD $0 (since you didn't pay us anything).
Submissions
If you submit a coupon via /submit, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish that submission as part of the site. You confirm you believe the code actually works and isn't restricted to your specific account.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape the site at scale. The data is hand-curated and our hosting bill is small. Be a good citizen.
- Don't submit codes you know are fake, expired, or account-specific.
- Don't try to game the click counters or signup metrics.
We may rate-limit, block, or remove submissions that violate these rules.
Trademarks
Provider names (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Stamps.com, ShipStation, Shippo, EasyPost, Pirate Ship, Sendle, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. ShippingLabelsDiscount is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these providers unless we explicitly say so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute that can't be resolved by friendly email exchange will be handled in the state courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The new version is effective when we post it here with a new effective date.
Plain-language overview only — not a substitute for advice from a lawyer admitted in your jurisdiction.
